2. Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website hotelesestambul.com and the hotel accommodation booking intermediation services in Istanbul, Türkiye. By accessing the website and/or making a reservation, the user fully accepts these conditions. If you disagree with any of them, you must refrain from using the site.

3. Booking services

Hotelesestambul.com acts as an intermediary between the user and hotel establishments. Bookings are processed through our technology provider Safaryar Holidays (safaryarholidays.com). The accommodation contract is formalized directly between the user and the corresponding hotel. Displayed prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Availability and prices may vary in real-time. Once the booking is confirmed, the user will receive an email with the reference number and booking details.

4. Cancellation policy

Each booking is subject to the specific cancellation policy of the selected hotel and rate, which is clearly displayed before confirmation. Non-refundable rates do not admit cancellation or modification once confirmed. Rates with free cancellation allow cancellation without penalty until the indicated deadline. After that date, the corresponding penalties will apply as established in each rate's cancellation policy.

5. User obligations

The user agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date data when making a reservation, including full name, email address, phone number and, when required, identification documentation. The user is responsible for verifying the entry requirements for Türkiye (visa, valid passport) before making the reservation. The use of the website for illegal, fraudulent purposes or that may damage the rights of third parties is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Hotelesestambul.com is not responsible for services provided directly by hotels, including but not limited to accommodation quality, facilities, and customer service at the hotel. We will also not be liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, third-party technical failures, or scheduled system maintenance. Our liability is limited to the correct functioning of the intermediation service and the accurate transmission of booking data to the provider.

7. Intellectual property

All website content, including texts, images, graphic design, logos, source code, and software, is the property of Sindibad Turizm Ticaret A.Ş. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of said content without express written authorization is prohibited.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Türkiye. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the website or the contracted services, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless the applicable consumer legislation provides otherwise.
